Please follow these rules at all games:

	No dogs at any games.
	Please use bleachers at fields that have them or remain 10 yards from the sideline and out of the team box.
	No sunflower seeds at any turf fields.
	Please clean up after yourself and pack your garbage out.

Please note: football and cheer are intensive programs. Practice this year will begin on August 18, 2008. For safety reasons -- and to be fair to participants who attend all practices -- LBPW advises families to NOT plan vacation during the last half of August. In addition, participants can expect  to practice two to three days per week (with one additional day per week -- typically Sunday afternoons --devoted to games) during the months of September and October. Finally, should any team do well during the regular season (Sept/Oct), participants should expect significant practice and game time requirements for post-season competition.
